In 1986 graduated from VPI (Vinnitsa Polytechnic Institute).
Since 1988 to 1996 graduated from graduate school and worked as an assistant and senior lecturer at VPI.
In 1996 defended his thesis on the specialty "Elements and devices of computer technology and control systems"
Since 2001 - Member of SPIE (Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers - SPIE) - a professional non-profit international association of scientists, engineers and students in the field of optics and photonics.
2002 awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Computer and Telecommunication Equipment Design at Vinnitsa National Technical University (VNTU).
2016 Associate Professor, Department of Radio Engineering, VNTU.
2018 - Associate Professor, Department of Biological Physics, Medical Equipment and Informatics, VNMU.
He has published over 90 scientific works, including 26 scientific works with citation in Scopus, co-author in two collective monographs of InTech publishing house, 4 patents of Ukraine and 6 copyright certificates, 4 study guides.
The main areas of scientific and technical activity: the development of neurobiology elements and models of neural networks, the construction of circuitry of neural networks, the recognition and processing of medical images.

1982 - graduated with honors from the Vinnytsya Polytechnic Institute.
1996 - defended his thesis on the topic "Investigation of thermoadressed liquid crystal transparency for projection display devices" on the specialty 05.13.08 - computers, systems and networks, elements of computer technology and control systems.
2000 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Computer Engineering Department of VNTU.
2016 - Associate Professor of the Department of Biological Physics, Medical Apparatus and Informatics of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya.

In 1996 I graduated of the Ukrainian-American Technical School with a silver medal. In 1996-2001 studied at the Physics and Mathematics faculty of Vinnitsa Memorial Kotsyubinsky Pedagogical University. Graduated with honor on a specialty "Physics and Foundations of Computer Science". Then in the same university graduated with honors a Master’s degree in teacher education on the specialty "Pedagogy and methodology of secondary education. Physics".
Then I worked as a teacher of mathematics and physics in general №9 and №32 schools.
From 2002 to 2005 studied in graduate school at the Physics Department of the Kiev National Memorial Dragomanov Pedagogical University. In 2008 have defended my PhD thesis on the theory and methods of teaching physics on the theme "Methods of use of electronic applications to physics textbooks in elementary school."
From 2006 to 2014 I worked as assistant of the Biological Physics, Medical Equipment and Informatics Department of Vinnitsa National Pirogov Memorial Medical University.
From 2014 worked at the post of associate professor. When was working at the department, have taught the following subjects: "Information Technology in Pharmacy", "Higher Mathematics", "Metrology", "Medical Informatics". Now teach "Medical Informatics" discipline.

will hold the first stage of the Student Olympiad in medical physics and medical informatics.
