In 1981 he graduated with honors from Vinnitsa Polytechnic Institute (VPI). After graduation - - scientific employee Fellow Department of Radio VPI. After his military service he graduated from graduate school and worked as an assistant and senior lecturer at VPI. In 1996 he defended his thesis on "Development and research of hardware - software methods for measuring time parameters of signals in devices phase metrical systems." Later - Associate Professor of Department of Information Protection Vinnytsia National Technical University.
He worked at the Institute of Automation and Applied Informatics of Warsaw Polytechnic.
In VNMU from 2004 to the present working as assistant professor of biological physics, medical equipment and computer science.

He has over 70 scientific publications, including two monographs, articles in professional journals, copyright certificates.
Research areas - computer information - measuring systems, medical information systems, information security.
