She is the head of Ukrainian Language (Professional Aspects) sub-department.
Since 1979 she has been a senior lecturer of Ukrainian Language (Professional Aspects), Ukrainian as a Foreign Language, Russian as a Foreign Language.
In 1974 she graduated from Vinnytsia Pedagogical Institute, the Faculty of Philology (a teacher of the Russian language and literature in 1974);

Lutsak editorship, for Medical universities; author of more than 30 guide lines and programs in Professional Direction Ukrainian for 1st year medical students (general medicine, stomatological and pharmaceutical departments);
author of guidelines in Speech Culture for Medical Students: Terminology Aspect for postgraduates and Master’s students;
