In 2005, Oksana Oleksandrivna Viltsaniuk graduated with honours from Pirogov National Medical University, specializing in "General Medicine."
From August 1, 2005, to July 31, 2007, she completed an internship in the field of "Internal Medicine" while simultaneously pursuing a master's degree at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine, Pirogov National Medical University. During her master's studies, she conducted and defended her scientific work under the supervision of Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Yuriy Mostovoy, earning the degree of "Master of Medicine" in 2007.
From December 1, 2007, to December 1, 2010, she pursued her postgraduate studies at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine. In January 2012, under the guidance of Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Yuriy Mostovoy, she successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis on "Clinical and morphological characteristics of community-acquired pneumonia against the background of latent polyorgan pathology" - specialty 14.01.02 - internal medicine.
From September 2007 to February 2015, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine. Based on the recommendation of the Academic Council and the Rectorate of Pirogov National Medical University, O.O. Viltsaniuk was awarded a scholarship by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists, following the resolution of the Presidium of the Committee on State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology on October 1, 2014, No. 4. Additionally, O. O. Viltsaniuk actively participated in the university's public life and served as the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists in Clinical Disciplines from 2010 to 2019. Since March 2015, she has been working as an associate professor at the department.
Scientific Activity: She is the author of 111 publications, including 95 scientific papers and 16 educational and methodological works (including 19 publications in professional publications recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine). She has co-authored 9 declarative patents of Ukraine, 2 information letters, 2 publications in the Register of Industry Innovations, and co-authored 29 acts of implementation in medical and educational processes.
Her research focuses on the problems of combined respiratory pathology and polyorganic insufficiency. The results of her scientific research are regularly presented at national, international, and European scientific forums. She is an active member of the European Respiratory Society and was elected as a Ukraine Country National Delegate in September 2022. She has experience in reviewing abstracts and co-chairing poster sessions at conferences. She also serves as a reviewer for the International Journal of Medical Case Reports (IJMCR). Since 2011, she has been a co-author of several sections in the reference book "Modern Classifications and Standards of Treatment of Common Diseases of Internal Organs" and the textbook "Modern instrumental research methods in the diagnosis of respiratory diseases."
Professional Experience: She holds the highest qualification category in the specialty of "Therapy" and the first category in the specialty of "Pulmonology" awarded by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. She supervises and consults patients in the Pulmonology Department of the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Central Region in Vinnytsia.
