In 1991 graduated from the Pirogov Memorial Medical Institute in Vinnytsia with a speciality in General Medicine.
1993-1998 - doctor of the admission department of the Vinnytsia Pirogov Memorial Regional Hospital.
In 1999 - defended her PhD thesis on "Experimental substantiation of the expediency of using benzofurocain in acute myocardial infarction", speciality pharmacology.
1999-2000 - Senior Laboratory Assistant at the Department of Propaedeutic of Internal Medicine, Pirogov National Medical University.
2001-2008 - assistant at the Department of Propedeutics of Internal Medicine, Pirogov National Medical University.
2008 to present - Associate Professor of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine, National Pirogov Memorial Medical University.
Stepaniuk A.G. gives lectures and conducts practical classes with students in the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th years of study. She has been responsible for administrative and economic work at the department since 2003. She has the highest certification category in internal medicine. She consults therapeutic and infectious diseases departments and reviews medical histories. Since 2007, she has participated in international randomized clinical trials as a co-investigator. Currently, she deals with the problems of diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine pathology.
She is the author and co-author of more than 100 publications, 3 textbooks (the last one approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine), 28 editions of a reference manual for doctors, 1 copyright certificate, and 2 patents for invention. Participated in many international congresses and annual conferences on cardiology, rheumatology, clinical pharmacology; therapeutic societies, clinical reviews, and pathology conferences.
In June 2023, she interned within the Educational Program for Physicians framework in Austria and Croatia with the assistance of the World Federation of Ukrainian Medical Societies (WFUMS).
