Iryna Ivanivna is a Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, the Head of the the Children's Infectious Diseases Department at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University.
In 1983 she graduated from the Pediatric Department of Vinnitsa Medical Institute.
In 1995 she defended her Ph.D. thesis on "Somatotype, dermatoglyphics and blood antibodies in children with stenotic laryngotracheitis"
In 2002 she defended her doctoral thesis "Salmonella infection in children. Clinical-genetic, morphological characteristics, modern approaches to treatment"
Nezgoda Iryna Ivanivna was born on June 18, 1960 (Lityn, Vinnytsia region), Ukrainian.
The milestones of professional work:
From 1977 to 1983 she studied at Vinnytsia Medical Institute at the Pediatric Faculty.
From 1983 to 1984 she worked as an intern at Khmelnitsky Central District Hospital.
From 1984 to 1985 - a district doctor-pediatrician.
From 1985 to 1988 - resident of Pediatric Infectious Diseases Hospital.
From 1988 to 1990 she studied at the Clinical Residency at Vinnytsia Medical Institute.
From 1990 - 2000 she was an assistant of the Children's Infectious Diseases Department;
2000-2004 - Associate Professor of the Children's Infectious Diseases Department;
November 26, 2004 - the Professor of the Children's Infectious Diseases Department.
Since July 1, 2006 and currently - the head of the Children's Infectious Diseases Department.
From 1991 to 1995 she was engaged in the problem of acute respiratory and viral infections complicated by acute stenotic laryngotracheitis development.
In 1995 she defended her Ph.D. thesis on "Somatotype, dermatoglyphics and blood antigens in patients with stenosing laryngotracheitis".
From 1996 to 2003 she worked on the topic of salmonella in young children. She studied pathomorphogenesis, features of clinical manifestation of septic forms of salmonellosis, as well as modern methods of diagnosis and treatment.
In 2003 she defended her doctoral dissertation "Salmonella infection in children – clinical, morphological and genetic characteristics, modern approaches to treatment".
Iryna Ivanivna is an active member of the Association of Infectionists of Ukraine since 2000. Since 2008, she has been a member of the European Society for Pediatric Infectious Diseases (ESPID), from 2015 - European Association for the Study of the Live.
Irina Ivanivna is a regional freelance infectious disease doctor since 2000. She was included in the working groups of the Ministry of Health for the development of clinical protocols with the diagnosis and treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B, C in children.
She is a member of the Specialized Academic Councils for the defense of dissertations: D 05.600.03 and D 05.600.04 at National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia.

 Naumenko O.M. "Pathogenetic mechanisms of development of rotavirus infection in children, modern approaches to treatment", 2017.
Irina Ivanivna heads the research work of the department "Metabolic and genetic aspects of the development of viral infections in children and modern methods of correction", on the study of rotavirus, noroviruses, viral hepatitis, Epstein-Barr viral infection, chicken pox in children.
Nezgoda Irina Ivanivna is the author of 253 printed works, including 2 monographs: "Viral Diarrhea in Children and Adults", 2011, Moscow and "Viral diarrhea", 2010, Kharkiv. She is a co-author of 2 textbooks: "A difficult diagnosis (the dead teach the living)" I.V. Bohadelnikov, A.V. Kubyshkina, I.I. Nezgoda and "Infectious diseases in children", Kyiv, 2016.
She is a co-author of "Atlas of infectious diseases" (M.A. Andreychyn, Nezgoda I.I.) Also she wrote manuals and methodical recommendations. She owns 8 patents for utility models.
Iryna Ivanivna was repeatedly awarded with certificates of honor for her significant contribution to the development of health care.
In 2015 she is a member of Infectionists Association of Ukraine
She was awarded with the medal of Agapit Pecherskyi for contributing to Infectious Diseases Prevention.
