E.V. Belyayev graduated with honors from the Dental Faculty of Vinnytsia State Medical University. M.I. Pirogov in 1999.
After undergoing in-depth specialization as an intern at the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry of VNMU from 1999 to 2000 he worked at the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry of VNMU as a senior laboratory assistant. From 2000 to 2002 he worked as an assistant – an intern of the same department. From 2002 to 2011 he worked as an assistant of the department of dental orthopedics of Vinnytsia National Medical University. From October 2011 to May 2017 he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry. Since May 2017 - Head of the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry.
Belyaev E.V. is a doctor of the highest qualification category. Medical work is carried out on the clinical bases of the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry of VNMU. Regularly increases its qualification level and applies the latest technologies in the diagnostic and medical process. He has established himself as a qualified specialist in the field of prosthetic dentistry. It has many types of specialized care for patients with orthopedic pathology. During his work he proved himself to be a competent doctor, an experienced teacher.

In 2007, Belyaev E.V. defended his Ph.D. thesis "Anthropo-genetic factors of caries in practically healthy urban boys and girls of the Podolsk region of Ukraine"
In 2016, a doctoral dissertation on the topic "Anatomical - topographic and functional features of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of secondary deformities of the dental system" is planned.
Participates in scientific and scientific-practical conferences. Regularly publishes scientific works in various medical publications. He has 45 printed works in professional journals and prefabricated journals, including 3 patents for invention. Attracts students to scientific work, manages the training of postgraduate students and clinical residors.
