In 1995 she graduated from Vinnytsya State Medical University named after M. I. Pirogov. From 2002 to 2004 she studied in a clinical residency in the specialty "Therapy" at the Department of Hospital Therapy №1 Vinnytsya M.I. Pirogov National Medical University. From 2002 to 2004 she completed postgraduate studies at the Department of Internal Medicine №2 specialty "Internal Medicine". Since 2007 Iryna Iliuk worked as an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine № 2.
In 2009 she defended her dissertation on the topic: "The effectiveness of the Thiotriazoline in the complex treatment of patients with community-acquired pneumonia with manifestations of endogenous intoxication" in the specialty 14.01.27 - pulmonology.
Since 2017 she has been an associate professor of the Department of Internal Medicine №2.
60 articles were published, 20 - in scientific professional journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine, 8 articles in scientific professional journals included in the scientific metric databases Scopus and WoS, 29 - in materials and abstracts of congresses and conferences of the different level, received 1 declarative patent of Ukraine for the invention and issued an information letter, 1 manual and guidelines.
