Khomenko Viktoriya graduated with honors from Vinnytsia State Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov in 1996. From 1996 to 1997, she completed an internship at the City Clinical Hospital #1 in Vinnytsia. From 1997 to 2002, she worked as a physician at the City Clinical Hospital #1. From 2002 to 2004, she studied in clinical residency at the Department of Faculty Therapy of Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov. 2004-2008 - postgraduate study at the Department of Internal Medicine #1 in Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov. Since September 2007 - Assistant of Professor, 2016 - Associate Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine #1 of the Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov.
Defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Autonomic and endothelial dysfunction in patients with fibromyalgia. Relationship with clinical manifestations and treatment effectiveness".
