Born on the 29.05.1957 in the town of Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnitsky region.
In 1972 he graduated from school with honors.
From 1972 to 1976 he studied at the Vinnytsia medical college. Ac, DK Zabolotny from wich he graduated with honors.
From 1976 to 1977 worked as a medical assistant in Vinnytsia regional hospital named after M.I. Pirogov.
From 1977 to 1979 underwent military service in the ranks of conscription of internal forces of the Ministry of domestic affairs of USSR in Kiev.
From 1979 to 1985 he studied at the Vinnytsia state Pirogov medical institute, which he graduated with honors.
From 1985 to 1987 he studied in clinical internship in surgery at the Department of Surgery ped. Faculty IUI them. MI Pirogov.
From 1987 to 1998, assistant professor of general surgery department of Vinnytsia National Pirogov Medical University.
In 1993 he defended his candidate dissertation: "Surgical treatment of complicated cysts of the pancreas."
From 1998 till present - Associate Professor (dosent) of General Surgery department of Medical Faculty № 1 in Vinnytsia National Pirogov Medical University.
Since 2000, the Secretary of the Surgical Board of Approbation in Vinnytsia National Pirogov Medical University.
Since 2010 - deputy Dean of the medical faculty №1 for V - VI courses. Married, his wife - doctor cardiorheumatologists in "Mother and Child center" in Vinnitsa. Two sons: the elder - postgraduate of the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine. Smaller - postgraduate of the Department of Surgery № 2 of Vinnytsia National Pirogov Medical University.

He has 75 published works, two invention, 4 rational proposals.
