In 1986 graduated the Medical Faculty of Pirogov Vinnytsia Medical Institute. From 1986 to 1994 worked as the doctor-psychiatrist in O.I. Yuschenko Vinnitsa Regional Psycho-Neurological Hospital.
From 1994 till 1998 worked as the director of medical center.
From 1998 - a main doctor of Center of psychiatric help and professional psychophysiological selection of police of Ukraine in Vinnitsya region.
From 2004 is an assistant of department of psychiatry, general and medical psychology.
From 2008 assistant of department of Psychiatry, Addictology and Psychotherapy with postgraduate course.

General amount of publications - 21, from them 12 scientific are inculcated in a health protection and 4 rac.propozicii.
It is the leader of student scientific group from psychiatry.
